Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During high-demand periods, festive seasons, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be extended.

To ensure reliable delivery across India, we work with trusted logistics and courier partners, including:

• Other authorized delivery partners as required
The shipping partner may vary depending on the delivery location and service availability.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are:
• Kerala: 2 to 4 business days
• South India: 3 to 5 business days
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days
• Remote and rural locations: 5 to 10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Lee Perfumes may offer free shipping, discounted shipping, or promotional shipping campaigns from time to time at its sole discretion.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through:

6. Incorrect Address Information

• Unboxing video showing the condition of the parcel
Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Lee Perfumes ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
