At Lee Perfumes, we strive to ensure that every order reaches our customers in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Damaged product received during transit
• Incorrect product delivered
• Product received in defective condition
• Missing item(s) from the order package

Any return or replacement request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Personal preference regarding fragrance, scent strength, or longevity
• Minor packaging or label variations that do not affect product quality
• Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse
• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Products purchased during clearance sales, promotional campaigns, or special offers unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth claim process, an unboxing video is mandatory for cases involving:

• Damaged products
• Missing items
• Incorrect product delivery
• Tampered or opened packaging

Claims submitted without valid video evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund approval.

4. Return Approval Process

Upon review and approval of your request, our support team will guide you through the return process and arrange reverse pickup where applicable.

Returned products must be sent back with:

• Original packaging
• Product labels and tags
• Invoice or proof of purchase
• Any complimentary items received with the order

Products returned in used, damaged, leaking, incomplete, or altered condition may be rejected.

5. Replacement Policy

Approved replacements will be processed after the returned item successfully passes quality inspection.

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, Lee Perfumes may offer either:

• Store credit, or
• A refund, at its sole discretion

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

The actual refund credit timeline may vary depending on the payment provider, banking institution, and payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

For approved prepaid order cancellations, applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, and shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Failed Delivery & Refused Orders

If an order is returned due to:

• Customer unavailability
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Refusal to accept delivery

Shipping and return handling charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.

9. Fraud Prevention

Lee Perfumes reserves the right to reject refund, replacement, or return requests in cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of return policies, excessive return behavior, or misuse of promotional offers.
